Intense Training

My journey as a qualified personal trainer. Services available across West Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire

From a young age, I developed a deep love for sports and physical activity. Whether it was playing football with my dad and older kids in the neighbourhood or representing my secondary school in table tennis, sports became an integral part of my life. I even pursued semi-professional football and basketball, and at the age of 15, I delved into bodybuilding to bulk up during my time at secondary school.

However, life presented me with unexpected challenges. I was diagnosed with PSC (primary sclerosing cholangitis) and Ulcerative Colitis, which eventually led to a liver transplant at the age of 44. Following the operation, I faced additional hurdles, including being diagnosed with Psychosis due to medication, severe anxiety, and PTSD. These circumstances forced me to retire from my 17-year career as a police officer.

Throughout these trials, one thing remained constant: my unwavering dedication to self-care and personal growth. It became clear to me that I wanted to pursue a career that would not only empower others but also help them become better versions of themselves.

That's why I became a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. I hold a Diploma in Personal Training and an A Level Three diploma to ensure that I am equipped with the knowledge and expertise to guide individuals on their wellness journey.

I understand firsthand the transformative power of physical activity, self-care, and personal growth. My own experiences have instilled in me a genuine empathy and compassion for those seeking to improve their well-being. I am here to support you, whether you are recovering from an injury, managing stress, or striving to achieve your fitness goals.
